Calaveras Landing is a 175,000 sq.ft. shopping center located in Union City, California leased on completion to The Home Depot, Food 4 Less, Pep Boys, Taco Bell and others.  Michael Hooper, as President of Beazer Developments, assembled multiple parcels, previously used fur industrial purposes, obtained entitlements and developed the combined parcels.  the project was sold at a substantial profit on completion.
