RESIDENTIAL & MIXED USE

Campus Property Group is the development partner in a joint venture of 2000 Larkspur Landing Circle, a residential multi-family project consisting of 126 craftsman-style townhomes and condominiums and an 80 room hotel.  Situated on a 9.5 acre site in the center of Marin County, the property is a few minutes walk from the Larkspur Ferry Terminal and adjacent to the shops and restaurants at the Larkspur Landing Shopping Center.

Campus has successfully secured all entitlements for this project which has been endorsed as an example of "smart development" by the Greenbelt Alliance, an environmental advocacy group which promotes transit oriented and walk-able communities.  Construction will start in Summer 2007.  The hotel element will be developed by Larkspur Hospitality LLC.
