Purchased in March 2006, the Nevada City Tech Center is planned to be the premier business park in the Nevada City/Grass Valley market.  The 45-acre property has entitlements in place for 210,000 sq.ft. of office and R & D space.  The site offers a unique setting for a business community.  It is heavily wooded with 20 acres of open space, jogging trails, a picnic area and other amenities.  Each of the 10 buildings have been sensitively sited to respect and enhance the natural environment.  The first building was completed in May 2007 and is now fully leased to 2Wire Inc., a leading supplier of broadband equipment, as its research and development headquarters.  Liberty Hill is the second building, which was completed in May 2008.
