Campus is obtaining entitlements for a thirty unit townhome development in Petaluma, Sonoma County.  Located adjacent to a major shopping center and walking trails to downtown Petaluma, the development will appeal to first time home buyers.

The City is pleased with this example of in-fill development and approvals are anticipated in mid 2007 with construction starting soon thereafter.
