Campus was in the process of obtaining entitlements for a thirty unit townhome development in Petaluma, Sonoma County.  The necessary  General Plan update was delayed by several years by which  time the residential market had collapsed.  Campus was able to refocus the property and was successful in selling it to the owner of the adjacent affordable seniors complex, thanks to a significant land subsidy negotiated with the City of Petaluma.
