ROBERT UPTON APPOINTED AS COURT
RECEIVER
(August 5th, 2009)
Robert Upton has been appointed by the Superior Court of Solano County to
act as Receiver in the matter of Wells Fargo Bank N.A. and John Laing Homes.
As Receiver, Mr. Upton will manage the completion and sale of Laing's
remaining Mare Island Inventory. |
