The Campus principals use their knowledge and expertise to help clients evaluate their options relative to Special Assets that may be troubled or otherwise. The goals of the client are paramount. The focus is typically either minimizing the time frame for recovering capital or maximizing the financial return over a longer period.

Campus will advise on strategies which accomplish the client’s objectives. Strategies are market driven and draw upon Campus’ wide experience of different property types to evaluate possible alternative uses.

Campus will handle interim management of the asset to protect its value, ensure existing entitlements are preserved, see that insurance coverages are maintained and minimize liability for the owner. Campus will execute the agreed disposition strategy.  

Campus is also experienced in court appointed receiverships and provided support services to Robert Upton acting as Receiver at the request of Wells Fargo Bank.  This involved construction and the sale of individual units in a partially completed condominium project at Mare Island, Vallejo.
