LIBERTY HILL
OFFICES GETS ITS FIRST OCCUPANT
Edward
Jones, an investment brokerage firm, will be the first occupant of the new
Liberty Hill Offices at 350 Providence Mine Road in Nevada City, according
to Lock Richards of Sperry Van Ness/Highland Commercial in Nevada City.
Edward Jones will occupy about 1,302 square feet in one of the building’s
seven suites.
“I am very excited about moving into our new office. It is a beautiful
property in a fabulous location,” said Peter McDonald, financial advisor for
Edward Jones’ Nevada City office.
Richards said the property is designed for small companies and professionals
who want to own their office building. For those interested in visiting the
property, a “Business After Hours” Mixer will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
on May 15 at 350 Providence Mine Road, which is just off Zion Street. For
more information, call Richards at 470-1740.
