Vodafone Plaza, Walnut Creek

Vodafone Plaza is a 220,000 sq.ft., ten-story office building in Walnut Creek, California.  Situated immediately adjacent to the Pleasant Hill BART station, the building is clad in granite and is considered to be one of the finest suburban buildings in the Bay Area.

Upon completion, the building was leased to Pactel Corporation (subsequently Vodafone) as their headquarters and then sold to an institutional investment fund managed by J.P. Morgan.  The adjacent property was also entitled and sold for construction of an Embassy Suites Hotel.
