San Marin Business Park, Novato

This property comprises 45 acres and is located in Novato immediately adjacent to Highway 101. It is one of the largest properties in Marin zoned for development.

The property was originally conceived as a 544,000 square feet business park however a portion of the property now has been approved for 80 townhomes. Five acres of the property has been sold for use as a hotel.

The remaining 40 acres is currently being processed through the City of Novato for approval as 80 homes to be known as Valley Oaks.



Nevada City Tech Center, Nevada City

The Nevada City Tech Center is a mixed use and environmentally friendly 45-acre development in the historic Sierra foothills town of Nevada City. The development was conceived as a high-end office and R&D location and has approval for 210,000 feet of commercial space. The first two buildings have been completed and sold.Approvals have been secured for The Grove, a development of 59 homes which will take advantage of the beautiful forested setting and the location close to schools, shops and offices. The homes will also use the existing network of walking trails and the central amenity area that includes picnic tables, bocce ball and basketball.


Microsoft Campus, Mountain View


The property comprises 30 acres and was formerly the home of a Kaiser Sand and Gravel operating facility. Following the demolition and remediation of the soil and ground water, the property was entitled for a 500,000 sq.ft. office campus. Upon completion, this building became the Silicon Valley headquarters of Microsoft Corporation.



731 Sansome Street, San Francisco


731 Sansome Street is a three-story building in the heart of the Jackson Square Historic District in San Francisco.

Approvals were secured to add two new floors and the building was seismically upgraded and totally renovated. The majority of the building was leased to Rucker Fuller, a leading office furniture retailer.



Vodafone Plaza, Walnut Creek

Vodafone Plaza is a 220,000 sq.ft., granite clad ten-story office building in Walnut Creek, California situated immediately adjacent to the Pleasant Hill BART station.

The building was leased to Pactel Corporation (subsequently Vodafone) as their headquarters and then sold to an institutional investment fund managed by J.P. Morgan. The adjacent property was entitled and sold for construction of an Embassy Suites Hotel.



Contra Costa Center, Walnut Creek, CA


The principals of Campus Property Group, as charter members of the Contra Costa Centre Association, helped create a sustainable vision for a “Transit-Oriented Development” at Pleasant Hill Bart Station. Bringing together private landowners with the Contra Costa County Redevelopment Agency and BART, the Association created a public private partnership known as the Contra Costa Centre Transit Village.

La Colonnade, Beverly Hills, CA


La Colonnade is a 27,000 sq.ft office and retail building with underground parking located half a block away from Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hill’s Golden Triangle.

Known for its striking architecture the building was originally leased to Merrill Lynch at a record Beverly Hills rent and continues to lease at high levels today.



One DTC, Denver, CO

One DTC is a 240,000 sq.ft., fourteen story office building located in the prestigious Denver Technological Center with striking views of the Rocky Mountains. Once the site of the first office building built in DTC, the existing building was demolished and replaced with this granite clad icon AA class building.

This building has twice been named BOMA’s Building of the Year.
